Our home, nicknamed CatillacPV, is located in the Sunsetower development. This 22-unit building was completed in 2024 and includes all the safety, security, and modern amenities a well-traveled visitor expects. An infinity rooftop pool, steam room, gym facility, and underground parking highlight the luxury amenities. The neighborhood is super walkable with hundreds of dining, shopping, and entertainment venues nearby. The north end of the Malecon boardwalk is a short 10-minute walk, and the beach is just 5 blocks from the Sunsetower building.
